Refund policy

We take packaging and delivery quality seriously. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our team will help resolve it promptly—within fair and clearly defined conditions.

1. Reporting Window (Important)

To be eligible for any return or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 1–3 days of delivery
  • A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof

2. Damage or Wrong Item (What We Will Support)

We will offer a replacement or resolution if:

  • Product has spillage
  • Product is broken at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item

✔ What you need to do:

  • Share a clear unboxing video
  • Report within 1–3 days

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution based on the issue

3. Change of Mind (What We Do NOT Support)

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of preference (e.g., fragrance not liked)
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Used or opened products

🚫 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care items cannot be resold once opened

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer return, refund, or replacement for:

  • Minor dents or scratches
  • Outer packaging damage
  • Products without unboxing proof
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

5. Exchange Policy 

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to get a different product:

  • You can place a new order separately
  • Existing orders will only be considered for return if they meet the damage/wrong item criteria above

6. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • Product will be inspected after return pickup (if applicable)
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

  • Synor Perfume is not responsible for individual allergic reactions
  • Ingredients are listed on the product page

We recommend:

  • Checking ingredients before purchase
  • Performing a patch test before use
