Products can be returned within 1–3 days only in cases of spillage or breakage identified at the time of delivery, and a full unboxing video is required as proof for any replacement request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of used products under any circumstances due to safety and hygiene reasons. Personal care items, sale items, gift cards, and minor damages such as dents or scratches are non-returnable.
